Policies

We require a 2 week or more notice on all campsites to receive a user credit minus the cancellation fee. A fee of $20 will be charged per site for cancellations.  Our cabins require a 30 day notice. Any cancellation with the time frame will not be credited to the account.

Along with our cancellation policy Hoffman Lake Campground INC.  is not required to refund any nights not stayed because of weather.  We are not in control of that.  If your site is however unable to be accompanied (this is at our discretion) we can move your reservation to another set of dates.  Once again there is NO REFUND for nights regardless of weather or current site condition. 

Visitors MUST check in at the front gate in the store.  You will receive a car hangtag and then be let through the gate.  Guest check out is at 10p.m. This is strictly enforced and we will have your remove if not.  

Our quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. do not be rowdy in-between that time.  We all love our sleep.  This does not mean you have to go to bed we just want the music turned way down and the level of your voice to do the same, so that those who do choose to rest their eyes can.  

DO NOT MOVE fire rings.  We like to keep our grass nice and green for you every time you come to visit. We do know when you move it. If you do move it for whatever reason and decide that you make the rules now and burn a new spot. You will be charged $50 or asked to leave. Whichever comes first.
